Delivery charges are quoted excluding VAT. The delivery cost is calculated in the shopping cart based on your items and location. Please go to the shopping cart to calculate your delivery costs.
We will assume you are available to receive goods Mon to Fri 9-5 from tracked and non-tracked services, unless you inform us otherwise in the 'delivery information' box at checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that someone will be available at the address given to receive, inspect and sign for the delivery. Any delivery that is attempted but fails may be chargeable. We assume that you will check any email or mobile communications from the courier, in order to facilitate your delivery. Re-delivery fees may occur if you do not check your email or mobile and respond to any issues that arise from the courier, resulting in goods returning to us.
We will also assume you can receive deliveries from a large lorry - if this is not the case you must tell us in the delivery notes.
Pallets to Ireland - including all Lithium Batteries
To import your order into The Republic of Ireland AND Northern Ireland you MUST supply us with an EORI number.
If you are a private individual in Eire, you should register for an EORI number via Revenue myAccount. Login to myAccount and submit a new enquiry asking to request an EORI number. For Northern Irish customers, a GB-prefixed or XI EORI number issued by the UK's HMRC through the GOV.UK website is required.
Damages/Missing items Shown on Packing Sheet - We expect you to contact us within 24hrs to inform us of any missing items or damaged goods, with photographs of damage and/or our packing sheet.
If your parcel or pallet arrives damaged, you must sign as 'DAMAGED' or refuse to accept it
If accepting and signing 'DAMAGED' you must take a photo of the delivery docket you have just signed.
Damaged boxes need photographing BEFORE opening, or we cannot make a claim.
Note: Battery deliveries that are damaged must be be evidenced with photographs within 24hrs of delivery to us by email in order to make a claim.
Our products should be installed by a competent person with expertise in DC battery electric systems and preferably familiar with our product ranges. If you are attempting a self install without knowledge of the equipment you accept full liability and responsibility for your actions and agree to primarily seek advise from other self installers. Our technical support will assist professional and competent installers and may, at our discretion, give some limited guidance for self installers.
All our standard stocked products have a no quibble 14 day returns policy. Unwanted items must be returned in saleable condition and complete unopened original packaging for a full refund. You must pay return shipping costs. Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date, after this period we cannot accept returns. A return can be actioned by logging into your account and choosing the item to return and following the instructions given, which will then provide you details of where to return the item.
Special order items are handled on a case by case basis and we may not be able to accept a return of a special ordered or customised item.
Large, hand delivered solar panels will incur a 20% restocking fee, if customers request a return through purchase error or change of mind. Also collection and re-delivery charges will also apply for the collection and replacement of these goods.
Wet lead acid batteries cannot be uplifted, due to their nature they are either hand delivered in specialist vehicles or professional wrapped for transport. Returns of these wet batteries are only accepted if the customer either arranges a hand delivery courier back to us or personally returns them to our warehouse.
Sealed or lithium battery returns are only accepted if in their unopened retail box and also incur a 20% restocking fee. The original packaging must be used for the return and photographs taken prior to repackaging, in case of damage en-route back to us.
Any warranty issues within 1 year of your purchase we will help handle for you. The warranty replacement must be approved by the manufacturer and then depending on the item you are responsible for returning the item to us or sometimes to the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. Some manufacturers will charge return shipping costs. Warranty replacements usually take 5 - 30 working days depending on manufacturer. In the event you need to use a manufacturers warranty beyond 1 year of your purchase from us you must talk directly with the manufacturer. For our 'main stocked' items we will also try to help where possible beyond 1 year.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure all information is accurate, there may be errors, omissions or old information displayed on our website and we cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions on our website, listings or communications. If the product isn't suitable due to an error or omission then our Returns policy would allow it to be returned. All advice given on installation from us is purely guidance and should always be checked with both a qualified installer and the relevant product documentation, we cannot be held liable for any adverse events from our communications.
We withold the right to cancel your order and refund in full at any time, for any reason, before the order is fulfilled.
