Description

A flexible home battery system built around the Sunsynk ACURE hybrid inverter and the Fogstar Energy ECO 16.1kWh battery. Pick the inverter size that matches your home and solar array, then choose how much storage you want: from 16.1kWh for an average home up to 64.4kWh for heavy users. We design it, fit it and commission it, and handle the paperwork.

What a Hybrid Inverter Does

One unit runs your solar panels, your battery and your connection to the grid. It stores spare solar for the evening, can charge the battery from cheap overnight tariffs, and sends any surplus to the grid for export payments.

About the Fogstar Energy ECO 16.1kWh Battery

16.1kWh lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, one of the safest battery chemistries for home use
2026 edition with a built-in heating element, so it keeps charging in cold weather

Sizing Guide

A typical UK home uses 8 to 12kWh a day. One 16.1kWh battery covers most homes overnight; two or more suit heat pumps, EV charging and larger households. Larger inverters (7kW and 8kW) suit bigger solar arrays and higher peak loads.

Installation Coverage & Terms

Service area: installations are carried out within a 2-hour drive radius of Northamptonshire.
Cable runs: up to 7 metres of cabling is included in the package price; longer runs are charged at £68.00 per additional metre.
Accreditations: MCS certified installer (Cert No. NAP-78151, NAPIT). MCS documents and manufacturer warranties are included as standard.
Installed by: our in-house team at Complete Electrical Installations (Midlands) Ltd, trading as Complete Solar Installations. No subcontractors.
